چکیده
This study focused on evaluating the lubricity of diesel–biodiesel fuel with oxygenated alcoholic and nano-particle additives. Fuel injection system lubrication depended primarily used in diesel engine. Palm–sesame oil blend was to produce biodiesel using ultrasound-assisted technique. B30 sample as a base blended additives different proportions prior tribological behavior analysis. The samples measured HFRR accordance standard method ASTM D6079. All tested fuels’ Tribological examined through worn steel balls plates scanning electron microscopy (SEM) assess wear scar diameter surface morphology. During test run, friction coefficient directly by tribometer system. results exhibited that B10 (diesel) had very poor diameter, among other fuels. addition alcohol (ethanol) additive decreased increased coefficient, DMC showed least all nanoparticle TiO2 best lowest samples. B30+DMC demonstrated significant improvement engine performance (BTE) carbon emissions compared B30+TiO2 also considerable characteristics.

A Review on Effect of Addition of Nano Particles on Tribological Properties of Lubricants
Wear is the progressive loss of the material from the operating surface of machine due to relative motion between surfaces. The successful design of machine elements depends upon essentially on the understanding tribological principles like wear and friction. The lubricating oils are the blood of the machine’s operation, and the service life and economic effectiveness of the machine are relativ...
